Platform core has released its build
submission for the 1630 EDT build.  The following bugs were fixed:

94516          [content
type] when project settings enabled, global user settings still taken into
account
85071          Plugin.getStateLocation()
does not spec when IllegalStateException can get thrown
94129         [Workbench]
Performance test regression caused by workbench harness change
