Included is a zip of the latest Autorefresh plugins.

To install unzip the zips into your plugins directory.  At a minimum, you
need the com.example.autorefresh and com.example.autorefresh.ui plugins.
You may also install your OS specific native implementation.

Improvements in this drop:

* Batching of refreshes
* Support for more than 64 projects on Win32
* Support for spaces in filenames in Win32
* Bug fixes
