[photran] Problem with downloading/installing PHOTRAN

Dear all,

I have some problems with downloading/installing Photran 4.0 with  
Eclipse Ganymede (3.4.1) on WindowsXP.

There are two options described on the webpage  
(http://www.eclipse.org/photran/download.php):

A) to install it from the remote update site  
(http://download.eclipse.org/technology/photran/updates/eclipse3.4cdt5.0)

Following error occurs after adding the download site:

> > > http://download.eclipse.org/technology/photran/updates/eclipse3.4cdt5.0  
> > > <<<. A later message says that there has been a connection  
> > > timeout, but when I load the site within a browser, it can see a  
> > > page in XML.

Anyways, there is nothing to expand or check or install...



B) to install it via the archive file (photran40b4-master.zip)
After clicking the >>> "Install..." <<< button, Eclipse starts to  
check/calculate the requirements and dependencies. After a while, the  
following message appears:

Cannot complete the request.  See the details.
Unsatisfied dependency: [org.eclipse.photran_feature.feature.group  
4.0.4] requiredCapability:  
org.eclipse.equinox.p2.iu/org.eclipse.cdt.feature.group/[5.0.0,6.0.0)
Unsatisfied dependency: [org.eclipse.photran_feature.feature.group

Any idea how to get photran running?
