Yes, there will be another beta very soon.  In addition to Ganymede 
support, it will have some very cool new features: Content Assist, a 
Fortran Declaration view, Find All References, and significantly faster 
indexing.

Is cvs-instructions.pdf out of date?  If so, we'll update it.  (FYI the 
sources in HEAD are for Ganymede/CDT 5.)
