[photran] installing photran using eclipse GUI

Hi,
Eclipse 3.2.1 installed and running. I clicked on
Help -> Software Updates -> Fin and Install -> Search
for New.
Then added New Remote Site:
http://www.eclipse.org/photran/download.php
When I said import site got this:
end from FAM server connection
end from FAM server connection
end from FAM server connection
failed to read() from server connection
end from FAM server connection
failed to read() from server connection
When I highlight Photran and click finish I get this
GUI error message:
Problem occurred
Network connection problem encountered during search
Details say unable to access
"http://www.eclipse.org/photran/download.php";
I have installed download.php in a directory, but not
sure what to do.
