I'm happy to vote for her.  Just curious, though... why does she need
to be a committer to perform builds?  Is it so her account will have
authorization to tag our repository?

In the past, the Powers That Be at the Eclipse Foundation have been
unwilling to make someone a committer without a laundry list of bugs
fixed, etc., so it will be interesting to see what happens with this
since (if I understand correctly) it has more to do with
technicalities of the build system than the Eclipse software
process...
