[photran-dev] Reindenter moved

Esfar, Rui, and I have been improving the Reindenter.  (It still does 
not work in fixed form, though.)  Some initial improvements are in CVS now.

Unfortunately, it became significantly more complicated, so I moved the 
Reindenter class to a new package: 
org.eclipse.photran.internal.core.reindenter

You should be able to click Source > Organize Imports to resolve any 
compilation errors this move causes.

(If you have patches in Bugzilla that have not been committed, you do 
NOT need to resubmit them.  We can take care of this change when we 
apply the patch.)
