Unicode in Fortran?
Accessibility might be nice, but is low priority to us.

Is this translation to languages other than English?

Localization.
Does this mean to test your translations to other languages? If we had translations, it would be a good idea, but we don't have any and probably won't by this summer.
The following seem reasonable, but not that important. Why are they important?

> API Policy Defined and Documented
> provide some summary metrics
I have no idea what these mean
