By the way, Interchange Loops does not do any serious precondition 
checking (dependence analysis) yet; it just performs the transformation 
and leaves it up to the user to figure out if it was a good idea or 
not.  Eventually it would be nice to integrate the Omega test library, 
but we're not really focusing on loop transformations at this point, so 
we're not going to dedicate the resources to that yet.
