[photran-dev] Photran CVS repository moved

Just to make sure everyone's aware, Photran's CVS repository has moved. 
 The old repository is now read-only, and all further changes will go 
into the new one at

dev.eclipse.org:/cvsroot/tools

where Photran's projects are under

/org.eclipse.ptp/photran

I will be updating the CVS instructions on the Web site soon, but I 
haven't done so yet.
