Hi,
 Walter's solution fixed my issue on the mac as well.  It kind of fixed
the Feature issue as well as in you can enable the Photran Feature on
Callisto, but it still complains and says that it is missing things like
the Photran.core stuff (which is funny since all the files are present. 
Anyways, Editing the file based on Walter's discovery allowed me to
install the JDT on the Full Photran 3.1 installation on MacOSX
