Title: new dependency

Hi,

In our new php model implementation we are trying use DLTK framework (http://www.eclipse.org/dltk).

Since this is still in an experimental stage we are using their integration build from the 16/1/08.

We’re going to check in the code dependent on DLTK later on today.
