[pdt-dev] Howto clear / refresh function cache?

This should be adressed to a users@ list, but thtere is none?

After removing the project off from eclipse and readding after
renaming the project folder PDT shows the old locations when using
Meta-Shift-G

Is there an easy way to clear/refresh this cache?
Of course I've tried eclipse --clean and F5.
Should one of those have done the job?
