Cherie Wong, of the IBM Toronto Lab, has been working on the PDE component
since May. Over that time, she has made high-quality contributions,
including the new build properties editor (available in 3.0M3) and solid
patches for a number of PDE bugs.
I therefore am nominating Cherie for commit rights to the PDE component,
and am asking all existing PDE committers to vote on the nomination.
