[pde-dev] Review for PR in eclipse-pde/.github

Hi all,

Around four weeks ago, I opened a pull request ( https://github.com/eclipse-pde/.github/pull/11 ) with improvements to the documentation in eclipse-pde/.github, but it has not been reviewed yet. I would really appreciate a review when someone has the time to. 

The following changes are being made in the CONTRIBUTING.md documentation to improve the onboarding experience for new contributors:

• spelling and grammar fixes
• adding a note for non-committers in the Recommended workflow section where committing is first mentioned
• swap out "Fetch upstream" to "Sync fork" (current button label)

I am also happy to provide any additional context or make adjustments based on feedback.
