[pde-dev] PDE draft Juno plan available

A first draft of the PDE plan for the Juno
release is available.

All PDE plug-ins will be compatible
with both 3.8 and 4.2.  In M2 we will focus on fixing smaller items.
 In M3 we will begin looking at the largest item, which is supporting
multiple target platforms in the workspace.  Feel free to post comments
to the mailing list.
