A committer election for Timothy Sanders on project Eclipse Public Access Submission System (PASS) (technology.pass) was started by James Martino with this criteria: Tim recently started as a full time employee ain the DRCC at JHU. He is part of the Eclipse Public Access Submission System (PASS) development team and has already made a major impact on the project. He has written a file download service which has already been merged into the pass-core project, and has participated substantially in discussions, done code reviews, and otherwise stepped up as a full member of the team.
