Re: [papyrus-ic] EclipseCon France Booth - logos and posters

Hi Charles,

Thanks for your effort on this.
I am not able to join the conference and therefor not able to deliver you a A3 poster either.
You are therefore free to let someone else use our space, however we would like to have our logo, that I sent to you earlier, displayed on the other poster.

Thanks
Thomas W.

Hi Charles… I have prepared a A3 format poster. Still some changes to be applied tomorrow.

I’ll bring it in printed version, hoping that I don’t need an iron to straighten it 😊

I don’t know about you, but it’s been crazy on my end...

Only a few days are left before we start our trip to Toulouse for EclipseCon France 2017.

Thus far, for the “Papyrus Industry Consortium” poster board, I have received logos from the following members:

  • Adocus
  • CEA
  • EclipseSource
  • Flanders Make
  • IRIT
  • MDH
  • OneFact
  • Queen’s University
  • Sherpa, UOC
  • Zeligsoft

For the members who have not sent me anything yet (Airbus, Cmind, Combitech, Fraunhofer Focus, and TM Forum), I could reuse the logos we already have on the Papyrus IC web site’s members page, but given their resolution, they will not look very good on the poster… So if you want to look good, please send me a large, high-resolution image (300 dpi or vector) before 12:00 (EDT) / 18:00 (CEST) Thursday. If I do not hear from you by that time, I will have to leave your logo off the poster (as it would just look bad…)!

For the Papyrus IC’s Members' board, I expect you to bring your A3-landscape-format (or smaller) posters, except for a couple of exceptions that will be handled separately.

The following companies have asked for and been allocated a slot on the Members’ board:

  •
  • Adocus  ?
  • CEA Will bring their poster in collaboration with Sherpa
  • EclipseSource
  • ?
  • Flanders Make
  • ?
  • Fraunhofer IEM
  • ?
  • IRIT Will bring their poster
  • MDH Exception #1
  • OneFact  ?
  • Queen's University
  • ?
  • Sherpa  Will bring their poster in collaboration with CEA
  • TU Wein  Exception #2
  • Zeligsoft  Will bring their poster

If you do not plan on using your requested slot, please let me know as there is a waiting list for slots…well, for one slot at the time of this writing...

For those who have not confirmed, please let me know your status and/or concerns by 12:00 (EDT) / 18:00 (CEST) Thursday. If I do not hear from you, your spot will be considered for allocation to someone on the waiting list...

I look forward to meeting you in Toulouse!

Regards / Cordialement / Vänliga hälsningar / Mit freundlichen Grüßen,
