Hello everyone!
It is now May 30 and, as promised, here is more information regarding the member’s poster board.
I have received indication from the following 12 members that they would like some space on the board (in the order the emails were received):
- Jean-Michel Bruel, IRIT (Institut de Recherche en Informatique de Toulouse)
- Johan Van Noten, Flanders Make
- Cortland Starrett, OneFact
- Thomas Wiman, Adocus
- Joerg Holtmann, Franhofer IEM (Institut für Entwurfstechnik Mechatronik)
- Juergen Dingel, Queen's University
- Federico Ciccozzi, MDH (Mälardalen University)
- Tanja Mayerhofer, TU Wien
- Sebastien Gerard, CEA (with Sherpa Engineering)
- Remi Schnekenburger, EclipseSource
- Jordi Cabot, UOC
- Charles Rivet, Zeligsoft
Given the space available on the board, this means that everyone has the equivalent of an A3 sheet.
Here is an image of what it will look like (note the “landscape” orientation):
Actual spaces are yet to be assigned to members - I’m trying to figure out a way to make this attribution simple and just...
It would be preferable for each member to prepare their own poster to be placed on the board. This would ensure the most efficient use of time and expertise.
If you are not able to be at the conference or to send the poster, please contact me and we will try to accommodate you!
I have not yet created a layout for the Papyrus IC poster board - that’s next.
Also a reminder that if you want your company’s swag, brochures, etc. to be available at the booth, you will need to either bring it to the conference or have it shipped. I am planning on having some Papyrus IC stuff available.
Any more question? You know where to read me!
