There is no such thing as a “dummy” question. It is never dumb to request more information or clarification, so no need to be sorry. (sorry - pet peeve…;-)
The contribution is really up to you, it can be as simple as displaying your logo in a general area to providing a print-ready “poster” to hang on the Poster Board, or “brochures” that can be distributed from the desk.
There is also no problem with members joining forces to present a common solution.
As I mentioned in my original message, the amount of space available for each member will be determined based on participation after this “call for submission” is closed on COB (NA) Monday, June 39.

Here is the CEA List logo to use. About the contribution, we would like to contribute with Sherpa Engineering. May be a dummy question (sorry about that),
but what do you expect form the people who raise the hand to say they would be happy to contribute ;-)

Hello again everyone.
I’ve already started to get some messages about this opportunity for members at EclipseCon France 2017.
To facilitate the collection of the information, I have created a documentation folder in the “Papyrus-IC” project
in Tuleap.
Instructions on how to indicate your participation is provided in the folder description.
I’ve already created the folder and document for the two members who have expressed interest thus far: Mälardalen University's Federico and University of Toulouse
CNRS/IRIT Laboratory’s Jean-Michel. (thanks to both!)
I look forward to more contributions! Please remember the May 29 deadline!
