[paho-dev] Android Service now has it's own repository

Hi All,

 

I've now migrated the Android Service from the develop branch in the Java Repository to it's own repository here: https://github.com/eclipse/paho.mqtt.android.

Bugs have also been migrated from Bugzilla and it's got it's own nightly build.

 

So as not to inconvenience anyone using the eclipse maven repository, I've made sure that they are published to the same location as before, this way nobody will need to change their POM / Gradle files.
