[paho-dev] Paho Permanent Incubator Sub-Project

I've requested a permanent incubator sub-project for Paho, for 
experiments and non-mature components.

After creation, any committer has to be elected, as for the parent project.

I propose adding Kevin KIN-FOO as a committer so he can freely work on 
the Lua client there.  Al and myself will also be committers.

For existing Paho committers, do you also want to be a committer on that 
project?

Is there anyone else who would like to be a committer on the project, 
with a good reason, please :-)
