[paho-dev] Development of the Paho Go client

I have just started a develop branch of the Paho Go client 
(http://git.eclipse.org/c/paho/org.eclipse.paho.mqtt.golang.git/?h=develop) 
which includes a large initial change based on my own thoughts on how 
the client should look and in response to a bug raised by Mark Wolfe 
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=443160)
The changes I've made are not set in stone, this is merely a proposal 
that I've put into this branch to give it visibility and I would 
encourage anyone interested in the Go client to take a look, make 
suggestions, raise bugs and submit changes through Gerrit.
