[paho-dev] New bugzilla components

Since we're starting to see bugs related to the _javascript_ client, I've created two new components in Bugzilla:

MQTT-JS for the _javascript_ client

MQTT-Python for the Python client

Default assignee for both is the paho-inbox until such time as Roger and Andrew B have their committer paperwork completed. Scott is still listed as project lead at this stage - Scott, any progress / information on that?
