after a review only minor comments, hope this helps! thanks

(1) "billons" instead of "billions" in the text under "For Constrained 
Networks"
(2) "edge-of-network servers" is something that sounds vague and 
difficult to search for in the usual websites (wikipedia, serverfault, 
etc.) so for the casual or "new" user might be out of focus
