As you may know, a proposal  to
form a Technical Committee for the standardization of the MQTT protocol
has been submitted to OASIS. 

I am proposing that Eclipse join this Technical Committee to provide input
from the Eclipse open source community via a liaison from the Paho project.
One valuable goal of participation is to develop a collaboration with the
MQTT Technical Committee so that a Paho branch(es) that  could track
the specification work. 

Please reply with your comments/suggestions and a +1 if you would support
taking this request  forward to Eclipse.
