Re: [paho-dev] Closing Github issues - how does Eclipse git mirroring work

I don't see the issue. Did it get moved?

I don't have any familiarity with the GitHub issue tracking. I suppose that we should make some policy about it's use. I'm concerned about having some issues tracked there and some in Bugzilla. Maybe that concern is unwarranted.

In any case, I'll set up a Paho "team" for you. I think that should address the issues issue.

What's your GitHub id (perhaps you can send it to me via private email). Anybody else who needs to be part of that group, please send me your info as well.

Unfortunately, GitHub doesn't give me enough information to make informed guesses at your ids.

cc Wayne since he might have the best insight on this.  I am not sure who has the permission to close issues on the github mirrors?

There's an open issue on the Java client project on Github - basically just a request for the code to be made available.

I've commented to point out it is available now, but I don't have permission to close the issue. How is that supposed to work with the repositories mirrored from Eclipse.org?
