[p2-dev] Hudson jobs created

I created two hudson jobs on https://hudson.eclipse.org/p2/
- p2 master - which builds the content of p2 master
- p2 gerrit - which is configured to be triggered from gerrit.

I have tested p2 master and it works, however I don't have the time to
verify the other one so I would appreciate if it could be checked.

Also at this point the both jobs use the N build repo, however I'm
wondering if for one of them we should not use the I build.
