[p2-dev] Access forbidden on old sites

I want to access the following site using p2:

 http://update.aptana.com/update/studio/3.2/

That fails with an exception because I get an access forbidden when P2 
attempts to read the file:

 http://update.aptana.com/update/studio/3.2/content.xml

Isn't throwing an exception and give up a bit harsh in this case? After 
all, an attempt to read:

 http://update.aptana.com/update/studio/3.2/site.xml

is OK.
