I think 1.0.200 is correct.

PDE API Tools will inform you of the major and minor segments.

One thing we can consider is running a API Tools comparison report from 3.6 to 3.5 in our current builds.

Maybe we can give the releng team some chocolate to do this for us? This would be us in a constant state of being able to see what is added in builds relative to the baseline.
