OSGi specification minutes: January 15th 2025

Feature Launcher work
 - OSGi technology project has contribution of feature launcher implementation
 - Tim gives an update on the feature launcher bootstrapping

Discussion on JAXB issues with jakarta and webservices
 - Tim got stuff working by using JAXB core and (??)
 - Tim goes over issues with spec in issue #659
 - Discussion around how to handle handler dynamics and ordering.

Discussion request to definition of the feature definition
 - Allow features to include other features or to depend on them.
 - How to handle dependencies
 - Maybe add a new standard extension??

How to handle the security manager going away
 - First need to address usage of it in the spec
   - Deprecation first in one release?
   - Removal of all usage in a new release?
   - Or removal all immediately?
 - Second, decide if we want a replacement for the usecase
