To all:

Here in the USA and Canada, Daylight Savings Time (DST) will start at 2:00 AM Sunday, March 14, 2021, but Summer Time will not start in Europe until 2:00 AM Sunday, March 28, 2021, so our OSGi Working Group meeting schedules are affected.

We have been starting our Steering Committee meetings at 15:00 UTC but with the time change I have conflicts on March 18 & 25 so would like to move the start of the meetings to 14:00 UTC for those dates.

The soon to be calendared Specification Project meetings should account for this change too.
