My apologies...I don't really need the docs of the process, as I've got more than desired experience with those.
What I need is a detailed description of *who and how* proposed code contributions to *this project* will be accepted/received or not.
If your answer to that is 'talk to the project leads' then I
expect that's what this mailing list is for.
