Hi Everyone,

To being compliant with the process I now started with creating arequirements document for Java SPI support in the framework:


- https://github.com/osgi/osgi/pull/924

and ask everyone to participate with comments or suggestions so that wecan already merge this after the next specification meeting at 08. Apr 2026.

Once we have concluded on this, I'll prepare the design document foryour review and approval.
