Agenda discussions
  • Feature Launcher
    • Stefan: Progress ongoing, testing work will progress in a week or so
  • Build
    • Mark has started, but no visible output yet
  • Http Server Whiteboard
    • We will focus on a whiteboard for handlers
    • Tim to propose updates to the design document
  • OSGi Test status
    • New assertions for Features added that will be useful in the Feature Launcher TCK

Issues and PRs
  • SCR Service Factory
    • New interface definitely required
    • The wider team aren’t in urgent need of a DS 1.6, but happy for one to go ahead
    • Tom to update the PR and issue with feedback

  • Core framework Service Loader
    • Definitely desirable from multiple members
    • Tom doesn't have the bandwidth to add it, but is happy to review a proper requirements doc
    • Mark will create the requirements doc
    • Tim happy to contribute to spec or TCK

  • Jakarta Persistence
    • Mark is in the process of moving Gemini JPA, but waiting for a response from Wayne

  • Jakarta Web Services
    • Stefan to sort out the branch and we will be ready to merge next time

  • Servlet TCK
    • Christoph to fix up the PR according to the Jakarta specification
    • Will merge when the build is green

  • Access to bundle data area using a Path
    • Merged

  • Still no feedback on Typed Events. Tim to chase via the mailing list
