[osgi-dev] Updates in github.com/osgi

Dear OSGi community,

We have updated your GitHub organization, as it still contained teams not managed by our automation. As a result, the following teams have been deleted:

* osgi-committers

* osgi-security-team

* osgi-technology-committers

Please note that equivalent, automation-managed teams are available for your use (i.e., newly elected or revoked committers are added or removed automatically):

* technology-osgi-committers
* technology-osgi-security
* technology-osgi-technology-committers

Additionally, the “Organization Owners” team has been removed, and individuals with ownership permissions have been downgraded to align with our policy: only IT-managed accounts should hold owner rights on GitHub organizations.
