Jakarta Webservices Whiteboard


  • TCK is broadly complete
    • A few failing tests but these can easily be fixed with short discussions 
  • Time to merge the specification PR into the design branch
    • Tim will merge the TCK changes on top once this has been done


Jakarta Websocket Whiteboard


  • General positive feedback. Time to begin the specification work
    • Reviewers request that where possible values can be set using service properties/configuration


JPA Service Jakarta upgrade


  • No update currently


Feature Launcher


  • TCK work has started and is working
  • The implementation has been further extended


Type Safe Events 1.1


  • No reported progress

OSGi Build migration

  • OSGi uses Sonatype OSSRH, which is being sunset
    • Stefan to make the build changes listed in the GitHub issue

Core Specification updates


  • Service Loader update specification work to begin
