[osgi-dev] Call for review the "Jakarta Webservices Specification"

The "Jakarta Webservices Specification" aims to add a mean to register 
XML Webservices as whiteboards, the current final draft can be found 
here as a PDF for review:

there is also some proof-of-concept implementation and a basic tck to 
show its usage attached to the PR.

I'd like to ask everyone involved and/or interested in the topic to 
possibly leave a note at the PR so we can decide how to further proceed 
on this.
