The test was signalling a real bug.

However, in practice, the command framework feature that this test was testing is not relied upon in Orion workflows.
I have pushed a fix for the problem.

This is not a showstopper for promoting the build.

Can somebody comment on the two JS test failures?  They both look like this: 

testNoItemsSpecified AssertionError: equal failed - expected: [2], actual: [0]. 

This is found under: bundles/org.eclipse.orion.client.core/web/js-tests/commands 

Is this a bug in the test or a problem with the build?
