Yes, that is a known issue (See [1]). The ultimate solution for the problem is to let the user configure the key bindings.
It is possible to show the key assist panel by click on the user menu.

When I test the Alt+Shift+? shortcut, it doesn't work for example on orionhub.
But that's probably because with my keymap (french/azerty), the question mark itself is produced by Shift+,
Is there another shortcut to see the key bindings that works when you can't use the ? as in a shortcut ?

The best way to see all the supported emacs/vi key bindings is by showing the Key Bindings panel (Alt+Shift+?).
