[orion-dev] Vote for Committer status for Curtis Windatt was started by Simon Kaegi
|
eclipse.orion Committers,
This automatically generated message signals that Simon Kaegi has nominated
Curtis Windatt as a Committer on the eclipse.orion project. The reason
given is as follows:
I would like to nominate Curtis Windatt as a committer for Orion. Curtis is
a long-time committer of the eclipse platform with broad experience
touching many aspects from language tooling to the UI. For the 5.0 release
of Orion Curtis has been working on JavaScript tooling most visible in his
work on improving the JS outline view and mark occurrences support.
There is still a lot of work to do fleshing out the feature set for Orion's
JavaScript tooling as well as beginning to look at support for other
languages. With his expertise and familiarity with developer user
experience I'm looking forward to his contribution in the current release.
The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded. The voting will continue
until either all 29 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Curtis Windatt must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
Eligible Committers must cast their votes through their My Foundation
portal page (do NOT just reply to this email; your vote will not be
correctly recorded unless you use the portal):

have to be held.
