[orion-dev] Vote for Committer status for Michael Rennie was started by Simon Kaegi
|
eclipse.orion Committers,
This automatically generated message signals that Simon Kaegi has nominated
Michael Rennie as a Committer on the eclipse.orion project. The reason
given is as follows:
I would like to nominate Michael Rennie as a committer for Orion. Mike is a
long-time committer of the eclipse platform especially in JDT and JSDT
debug where he's gained an appreciation of what it takes to make great
language tools. For the last few months he's been actively working and
relentlessly submitting patches and requesting reviews for Orion's
JavaScript tooling. In particular he's been improving our integration with
Esprima and enhancing performance and our feature set. Mike brings with him
a lot of hard earned expertise and I look forward to his continued
contributions.
The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded. The voting will continue
until either all 27 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Michael Rennie must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
Eligible Committers must cast their votes through their My Foundation
portal page (do NOT just reply to this email; your vote will not be
correctly recorded unless you use the portal):

the part of the candidate take more time than allowed, a new election will
have to be held.
