[orion-dev] Project-related features in Orion 4

Hi all,

I have seen many project-related work items on Bugzilla during 4.0 but
can't quite get what they are about (project dependencies, project
plugins).

Is there some documentation planned to be rolled out for using
projects in 4.0, or is the work on projects in 4.0 not meant for
external consumption?
