[orion-dev] Client refactoring complete

I have pushed the vast majority of changes
for the Orion client refactoring. You can now continue to work in master.
There will likely be a few more bits and pieces moving around on a small
scale, but the most disruptive part is done.

For the curious, here is the commit
(zero lines of code changed, it was all correctly interpreted by Git as
