Deployed to orion.eclipse.org

You can now install plugins again and the git log is now working thanks to some additional changes at the Foundation for proxying. Also, the tests were failing due to the same code change which caused plugins not to load.

I've made a pass through all the M1 marked bugs and moved them out if I believe they will not be completed today. If there is a defect which is a stopper please make it an M1 blocker (see how that rhymes?)

Remember the dev call today where we'll discuss M1. Consider today after the call for the master stream to be frozen for M1. All changes must go through me as a reviewer (Simon is still away as is John).

Monday we'll likely declare the builds that happen as M1.

Gosia is looking at the server Git failures today.
