[orion-dev] Support dropped for Basic Auth

All,
from what I know very few of you is using your local server. However if you
where running your local server and, for any reason, you where using Basic
Authentication please be aware that we are not planning to support it any
more and you should switch to the default auth.
The Basic authentication was moved to our tests and will be only used for
running jUnit tests.
