[orion-dev] [action required] Progress service merged to master!

Everyone!
initial work on progress service has been finally merged to master. It
contains a change of naming convention long-running task on client side is
now called "operation" to avoid confusion with "task" from our task +
resource convention.
So please everyone, to avoid problems:
1. Clear you browser cache
2. On plugins page reload taskPlugin.html
