Yes, I would be happy to help. It would be useful to know when you will be able to work on this (right now?) and at what time slots, so that we can hopefully establish higher bandwidth communication, for example on IRC if that works for you.

You mentioned notifications about changes to the editor buffer, what else do you need from the Orion editor?
