Updated Format

The calls are now typically over 10 people so I'd like to try providing a bit more structure to the call.
We have exactly one hour so I'd like to try:
10 mins - Intro and set call agenda
20 mins - brief committer status/updates - (as much as possible try to avoid inviting discussion here)

30 mins - discussion topics
(topics added to the wiki have priority -- see meeting minutes above -- adhoc topics time permitting)
