Please find the draft AI policy and compliance SIG meeting minutes of our meeting on September 21st available for your review in this pull request.

The main topics covered include:

• All members are encouraged to attend the upcoming Code & Compliance event in person on October 27 in Brussels.
• The group approved the SIG Scope document.
• The SIG leads will evaluate whether to use Google Docs or GitHub for the new FAQ document to best accommodate contributions from non-technical legal and policy experts.
• The group will collaboratively draft and submit a joint response to the ENISA secure-by-design consultation by October 15 to highlight missing guidance on AI agents and AI-augmented development.
